I’ve been prepping for the comprehensive exam for pretty much ever. It’s considered the “capstone” exam in the Masters program for English Lit – not associated with any one class. The two requirements for graduation are course completion (with at least a B average) and a “pass” on the comp exam.
So I passed.
Just wanted to share that accomplishment with you. I still have course work to complete – not out of the woods yet. It’s just that I was dreading and preparing for the examfor months and months, and only too glad to forget about it as soon as it was behind me. But it was a solid victory and here’s some celebration: Huzzah!
