Hubs and I decided we wanted dessert the other night. It’d been a long day, filled with us being on our best behavior.
We were tired. We decided to get dessert. First, we stopped at DQ, a Tejas institution, so Hubs could buy a chocolate milkshake.
Then, we drove a few miles to Treviño’s Taco Stand so I could get myself a mangonada, advertised with multiple hand-written/decorated signs plastered all over the stand.
When I ordered, here’s what the girl said to me:
“Ummm… I just barely started working here.”
“I don’t even know what that is.”
(That was it. Game over.)
